This role serves as an escalation point from the IT Helpdesk for security and access-related issues, supports Identity and Access Management (IAM) onboarding and offboarding processes, collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve security-related issues, and assists with audits and compliance activities. The IT Security Analyst operates in a regulated healthcare environment and supports IT Security Administrators and Security Engineers.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n2+ years of experience in IT security, SOC, IT operations, systems administration, or helpdesk escalation roles.\n\nPreferred Certifications: Security+, CySA+, Microsoft SC-200, or equivalent security certifications\n\nCompensation\n$88,391.68 - $110,489.60 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer\nActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
