The Project Manager is assigned projects that are broad in scope and involve multiple departments across regions. The Project Manager supports the department’s effort to institutionalize project management skills and lean processes throughout AltaMed, including the clinical sites, to improve patient health outcomes and business results.\nMinimum Requirements\nA bachelor’s degree in business, health care, organizational management, or a related field is required.\n\nMaster’s degree or clinical license (RN, PA, MD) strongly preferred.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience required in data analysis/project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.\n\nExperience in health care process improvement and health information technology implementation experience strongly preferred.\n\nSix Sigma Green Belt certification and Certified Project Management Professional strongly preferred.\n\nCompensation\n$85,091.83 - $106,364.79 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer\nActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
