The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day staff activities. Will interact, coordinate, and facilitate activities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatory agencies.\nMinimum Requirements\nGraduation from an accredited school of nursing and a current valid license by the State Board of Nursing.\n\nA minimum of 2 years’ experience in geriatric nursing is preferred.\n\nMinimum of 1 year of experience in the supervision and management of staff in a healthcare environment.\n\nBilingual English/Spanish, Tagalog, or Mandarin is preferred.\n\nA minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.\n\nCompensation\nPay for this job starts at $114,400.00 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer\nActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
