This role leads major development efforts, mentors junior engineers, and ensures the availability and scalability of data infrastructure for analytics and operations.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Master's degree in a relevant technical field preferred.\n\n5+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry, is required.\n\nPrior experience with healthcare data systems, compliance, and reporting.\n\nExperience in data modeling, SQL Server, and cloud technologies required.\n\nAdvanced certification in data platforms (e.g., Google Cloud, Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Big Data Specialty) preferred.\n\nExperience with machine learning pipelines or real-time streaming data preferred.\n\nExperience influencing architectural decisions across teams preferred.\n\nExperience with EZCAP or other claim payment systems preferred.\n\nExperience with Epic or other EMR systems preferred.\n\nProficiency in Tableau preferred.\n\nExperience working at an MSO Organization, health plan, and/or clinical care-providing organization preferred.\n\nCompensation\n$116,966.06 - $146,207.57 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer\nActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
