Theseoperations may include but not limited toclinical support,participant personal care, recreational therapies, administrative, nutritional, participant transportation and/or day centeractivities, all of which ensurethe efficient and effective delivery of health care and social services at the AltaMedPACE center. He/Shewill be accountable to support theachievementof efficientoperations perlicensing, regulatory standards and company policies and procedures. Additionally, he/she will contribute administrative skills and abilities to the staff selection and retentionprocess, annual budgets, process improvementefforts and carecoordinationwith internal and external resources.\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, Gerontology, Health Care Administration or other health care discipline preferred. License required if he/she has clinical degree.\n\nMinimum of 2 years’ experience in supervisor or management position in healthcare or related field required.\n\nExperience working collaboratively with some and/or all the following disciplines nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and/or gerontology required.\n\nExperience in process or quality improvement projects or activities preferred.\n\nBilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.\n\nA minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.\n\nCompensation\n$68,640.00 - $84,936.18 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer\nActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
