Thisposition is responsible forall aspects of rehab care and the supervision of PT and OT staff. Being a Rehabilitation Supervisor includesproviding consultation to and monitoring the performance of the Rehabilitation staff.Will interact, coordinate, and facilitateactivities with all disciplines, departments, and appropriate regulatoryagencies.\nMinimum Requirements\nGraduate of an accredited program in Physical Therapy (Doctorate in PT- Preferred) or in Occupational Therapy required.\n\nDoctorate in OT-Preferred.\n\nMinimum 5 years of clinical experience in an area where a license is required.\n\nMinimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a Healthcare environment is required.\n\nA current license in Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy issued by the State of California Physical Therapy Board is required.\n\nGeriatric experience (ex., Acute Care, Skilled Nursing) as required by CMS PACE regulations.\n\nExperience in Interdisciplinary team environments is highly desirable.\n\nA minimum requirement of a valid BLS certification or higher, following the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross guidelines.\n\nCompensation\n$111,216.27 - $139,020.34 annuallyCompensation Disclaimer\nActual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
