This is an outstaffing engagement, meaning you will be fully integrated into the client’s team and collaborate closely with their engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.\nProject\nYou will join an existing product with an established codebase and an active development roadmap. The project focuses on building and maintaining scalable back-end services and complex front-end applications. You will work with modern JavaScript and TypeScript technologies while also maintaining and extending parts of a legacy system. The role requires a high level of autonomy, ownership, and the ability to work effectively in a distributed team.\nRequirements\n Back-end (Node.js, with PHP/Laravel exposure)\nDeep, hands-on experience with Node.js in production environments\nStrong knowledge of TypeScript and modern JavaScript\nExperience designing and implementing RESTful APIs\nUnderstanding of backend architecture patterns (layered architecture, modular design, separation of concerns)\nSolid understanding of asynchronous programming, the event loop, and performance considerations in Node.js\nExperience working with SQL databases, including query optimization, transactions, and migrations\nKnowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, role-based access)\nExperience with error handling, logging, and monitoring in back-end services\nAbility to write maintainable and testable code (unit and integration tests)\nPractical experience working with PHP and Laravel in production environments\nAbility to maintain and extend existing Laravel-based services\nComfort working with and debugging legacy PHP/Laravel codebasesFront-end (React.js)\n\nStrong experience building complex applications with React\nConfident use of modern React patterns (hooks, context, controlled components)\nExperience with state management solutions (Redux, React Query, or similar)\nAbility to design and implement scalable component architectures\nStrong understanding of front-end performance optimization (memoization, rendering control, code splitting)\nExperience working with forms, validation, and complex UI state\nKnowledge of accessibility (a11y) and cross-browser compatibility\nExperience integrating front-end applications with APIs and handling asynchronous data flows\nAbility to maintain consistent UI/UX in large codebases\nResponsibilities\nDevelop and maintain back-end services using Node.js and TypeScript\nDesign, implement, and evolve RESTful APIs\nMaintain and extend existing PHP and Laravel services\nBuild and maintain complex front-end applications using React\nCollaborate closely with the client’s team on feature development and technical decisions\nEnsure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices\nWork with existing and legacy systems, improving stability and maintainability\nTake ownership of features end-to-end, from implementation to delivery\nContribute to performance, reliability, and scalability improvements across the full stack\nWe respect your time and keep our process clear and human.
