Compare the actual results to the business plans.\n Explore financial information and develop measures to optimize Altanova's profitability, operating budgets and financial health & stability.\nPerform ongoing evaluation of Altanova’s overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics\nWork together with executives and managers to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.\nPerform ongoing evaluations of the efficiency of business procedures and operation systems according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.\n Work to support the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives.\n Monitor daily business activities to ensure smooth and consistent progress.\nMaintain a productive office environment for the team.\nQualifications:\n Developed experience with business and financial procedures, including budgets, forecasting etc.\n Excellent understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management\n Good practical knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics\n Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or other relevant area; MSc or MA degree will be a bonus\n Strong written and verbal communication skills\n Proven track record of attention to detail\nAbout ALTANOVA: Altanova is a boutique consulting firm founded in 2006 and based in New York City.
