Relevant experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProfessional attitude and strong interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work well with a multi-disciplinary team of professionals.\nClient-focused approach to work.\nFlexible attitude with respect to work assignments and new learning.\nUnderstanding of clinical research and the relationship of Data Management in the clinical study process.\nStrong technical aptitude and ability to adapt to multiple data management platforms.\nGood computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and ability to understand and adapt to various information technology (IT) systems.\nWhat We Offer\nThe salary range estimated for this position is $19.66 - $26.22 hourly. Please note that salaries vary within the range based on factors including, but not limited to, prior relevant experience, skills, education, certification, location as well as internal equity and market data.
