This role performs accurate receipt verification, stock put-away, cycle count support, PAR replenishment, and shipment coordination while maintaining compliance with SOPs, GLP/GXP standards, and chain of custody requirements. The position helps sustain stock accuracy, proper stock rotation, and timely replenishment while escalating discrepancies, shortages, and inventory risks to higher-level team members.\nWhat You'll Do Here\nReceive, verify, and stock incoming materials and supplies \nPerform put-away, stock rotation, and FIFO practices \nReplenish stockroom and PAR locations based on established min/max levels \nSupport cycle counts and physical inventory activities \nCoordinate basic shipment preparation and material movement \nMaintain chain of custody and regulated material documentation as required \nPerform expiration checks and stock rotation audits \nEscalate damaged goods, shortages, and stock discrepancies \nSupport reorder point maintenance and replenishment requests \nMaintain organized storage locations and accurate labeling \nSupport SOP compliance and GLP/GXP process discipline \nWhat You'll Need to Succeed\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required \n1-2 years of warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience preferred \nValid driver’s license preferred for off-site storage support \nForklift certification may be required depending on the site \nDangerous Goods / hazardous material handling certification is an asset \nBasic ERP / inventory system proficiency \nMicrosoft Office Suite basic skills (Outlook, Excel) \nUnderstanding of stock rotation, min/max, replenishment, and cycle counts \nBasic data entry and transaction accuracy \nGLP/GXP and SOP compliance training \nERP receiving and stock transaction workflows \nChain of custody and regulated material awareness \nStock rotation, expiration control, and replenishment processes \nSite safety and PPE training \nAbility to read and interpret SOPs, shipping documents, packing slips, and technical inventory procedures \nAbility to prepare routine reports and communicate clearly with internal stakeholders \nBilingual English/French may be required for Canadian sites \nStrong attention to detail and task accuracy \nAbility to work independently within assigned zones \nPositive customer service mindset \nComfortable in fast-paced regulated environments \nStrong organization and housekeeping discipline \nEarly escalation of discrepancies and shortages \nRelevant industry experience a plus. \nAltasciences strives to provide a French work environment for its employees in Quebec.
