Reporting to the Director, Learning & Development, this role is responsible for coordinating learning activities, maintaining training records and learning systems, supporting learning communications, developing and maintaining digital learning content, and ensuring a positive participant experience.\nThe Learning & Development Coordinator provides operational support for learning programs helping to ensure learning material are organized and accessible. This role also oversees the day-to-day administration and coordination of the employee recognition program and supports the maintenance of learning resources across SharePoint and other internal platforms.\nWhat You'll Do Here\nLearning Content Development & Maintenance\nHelp and support the team to maintain facilitator guides, participant guides, job aids, videos, eLearning modules, toolkits, surveys, and program documentation.\nHelp with the formatting, translation and any design of the eLearning modules using Articulate 360 and other learning technologies.\nProvide technological support with the creation of instructional videos, tutorials, job aids, and learning resources.\nAssist with translation and localization of learning materials to support a bilingual workforce.\nCoordinate the translation of learning materials with internal stakeholders and external vendors when required.\nMaintain version control of learning assets and ensure content remains current.\nLearning Systems & Digital Platforms\nUpload and maintain learning content within learning management systems and digital learning platforms.\nMaintain Learning & Development content on the company intranet and SharePoint sites.\nEnsure learning resources are organized, accessible, and user-friendly.\nSupport continuous improvements to the employee learning experience through digital tools and technology.\nAssist with testing, troubleshooting, and enhancement of learning technologies and processes.\nEmployee Recognition Program Administration\nManage the day-to-day administration of the employee recognition program.\nCoordinate nomination cycles and support nomination tracking processes.\nMonitor participation metrics and recognition trends.\nPrepare reports and dashboards related to employee recognition activity.\nCoordinate communication campaigns and promotional materials to encourage engagement.\nLearning Program Administration\nCoordinate training registrations, enrollments, attendance tracking, and completion records.\nSupport learning program launches, logistics management, scheduling, and communications.\nMaintain training records and compliance documentation.\nGenerate learning participation and completion reports.\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed\nCollege Degree(DEC) degree or Bachelor’s degree.\nMinimum of 0-2 years of related experience\nRelevant certifications in learning technologies, instructional design, project coordination, or training administration are considered assets.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Forms, and Power Automate.\nExperience using Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) is an asset\nAbility to manage digital content and maintain learning technologies.\nStrong reporting and data management capabilities.\nBilingual proficiency in French is required.\nAbility to speak effectively before groups of vendors/providers or all level employees of the organization.\nAbility to create basic L&D documentations as the request of the L&D Team\nAbility to read and interpret technical documents and industry specific manuals.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nWell developed interpersonal skills are required.\nPersonal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information.\nAbility to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.\nCapable of managing multiple conflicting priorities.\nMust be self-directed, motivated, and have a willingness to take the initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.\nRelevant industry experience a plus.\nAltasciences strives to provide a French working environment for its employees in Quebec.
