This position is responsible for assignment of QA staff to various study submissions/deliverables while considering timelines, operational prioritization needs, and staff experience and availability. This position is also responsible for maintaining the currency of any/all scheduling software (e.g., Compass, Excel tracker, etc.).\nWhat You'll Do Here\nGenerates the most efficient/accurate schedule for the QA team in a timely manner.\n\nWorks closely with other departments to ensure appropriate software and schedules are accurate.\n\nIdentifies and proactively communicates the risk of non-compliance with deadlines. Communicates expected delays of QA audit deliverables to operations within 24 hours.\n\nPerform any other duties as requested by QA management.\n\nLaboratory Sciences Specific Responsibilities:\nCoordinates and assigns available resources for study audits, internal inspections, vendor audits, and process audits.\n\nWhat You'll Need To Succeed\nHigh School diploma completed\n\nMinimum of 1-2 years of related experience\n\nMS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point\n\nAbility to write reports and correspondence.\n\nAbility to speak effectively before groups of employees of the organization.\n\nBilingual proficiency in French and English\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nWell-developed interpersonal skills.\n\nExcellent knowledge of resource planning.\n\nCapable of managing multiple conflicting priorities.\n\nAble to work in an environment with a high level of change.\n\nDetail oriented.\n\nProject management and coordination skills.\n\nAbility to meet tight deadlines; sense of urgency.\n\nTactful, reliable, persuasive, dependable, consistent, flexible.\n\nPersonal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information.\n\nAbility to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.\n\nAltasciences strives to provide a French working environment for its employees in Quebec.
