In this role, you will support preclinical and laboratory studies by preparing, sampling, dispensing, and tracking test and control materials while ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). You will play an important role in maintaining the integrity of study materials, documentation, and inventory management processes that contribute to high-quality scientific research.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an early-career scientist or laboratory professional who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about supporting research through accuracy, organization, and teamwork.\nWhat You'll Do Here\nPrepare, sample, and dispense test and control article formulations, including solutions and suspensions, following established procedures and protocols.\nReceive, review, reconcile, and document incoming test materials, reagents, and associated supplies.\nMaintain accurate chain-of-custody records and inventory tracking for test and control materials.\nSupport the disposition and management of formulation and study materials throughout the study lifecycle.\nAccurately document study activities, maintain laboratory notebooks, and review raw data for completeness and accuracy.\nReview study protocols and provide formulation-related feedback and support.\nPrepare, package, and ship study materials and supplies as needed.\nMonitor inventory levels and replenish laboratory supplies to support daily operations.\nMaintain laboratory organization, cleanliness, and equipment readiness.\nFollow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines at all times.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support study execution and process improvement initiatives.\nAssist with additional laboratory and operational activities as assigned. \nWhat You'll Need to Succeed\nBachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Animal Science, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or another scientific discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.\n0-1 years of experience in a laboratory, pharmaceutical, research, manufacturing, or other regulated environment.\nBasic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interpret technical documents and procedures.\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a GLP, GMP, or similarly regulated environment.\nFamiliarity with laboratory equipment, inventory management, and material handling processes.\nExperience supporting research, pharmaceutical, or preclinical study operations.\nBilingual French proficiency may be preferred depending on location.\nWork Authorization & Sponsorship\nApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
