This role plays a critical part in maintaining data integrity by reviewing screening documentation, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that all information meets study protocols, Good Clinical Practices (GCP), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Screening Quality Control Associate I collaborates closely with the Screening team to support high-quality, audit-ready data throughout the study lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Do Here\nReview of the screening documents and assist in their completion where necessary.\nVerify participant eligibility.\nTrack data queries and ensure all corrections are completed in a timely manner.\nEnsure that all screening data is recorded, maintained, and reported in compliance with GCP, study protocols, and SOPs.\nIdentify error trends and report trending to departmental management.\nCreates, maintains Screening and Enrollment Log for all studies.\nAnswer QA findings, data management queries, generate DCRs and report deviations as necessary.\nEnsure screening activities and data was collected with the latest version of the clinical trial protocol.\nAssist with screening activities when required.\nProactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental management.\nEnsure and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.\nEnsure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed\nHigh School diploma required; college degree preferred\nExcellent written and verbal communication in French and English.\nLeadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.\nCustomer service focused, able to work in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong organizational skills and a high level of attention to details.\nPersonal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information.\nAbility to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.\nCapable of managing multiple conflicting priorities.\nMust be self-directed, motivated, and have a willingness to take the initiative to identify and anticipate client needs and make recommendations for implementation.\nRelevant industry experience, an asset.\nAltasciences strives to provide a French working environment for its employees in Quebec.
