The Supervisor, Clinical Operations will ensure tasks performed and clinical activities are completed in compliance with study protocol, Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)s.\n\nWhat You'll Do Here\nManagement of the Clinical Operations team, including but not limited to, leave management, scheduling optimization, timesheet approval, on-going and yearly performance reviews, employee, disciplinary actions, and termination.\nOversee the training and training records for the Clinical Operations team.\nProactively assess learning opportunities for the Clinical Operations team.\nProvide directions to team members during the execution of clinical trial activities.\nEnsure the confidentiality of clinical trial participants and sponsors is respected.\nMaintain and advocate a high level of customer service and quality within the department.\nPerform clinical trial activities, including but not limited to, data collection, safety measurements, sample handling and in-house testing.\nProvide a continuous line of communication with management teams on the progression of clinical trials.\nMay ensure a timely resolution to any related findings.\nMay assist in the resolution of data queries.\nMay participate in SOP and protocol reviews.\nProactively communicate issues and/or problem resolutions to departmental supervisors and managers.\nWhat You'll Need to Succeed\nHigh School diploma or GED\n3years of related experience.\n1 to 3 years related experience in management\nCurrent Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT-1) license, Medical Assistant (MA or CMA) diploma\nCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS, CPR/AED) certification, required.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nWell-developed interpersonal skills and customer service focused.\nPersonal/professional integrity and proven discretion in handling confidential information.\nAbility to develop strong trusting relationships to gain support and achieve results.\nCapable of managing multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nLeadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.\nWhat We Offer\nThe hourly range estimated for this position is $31 - $48/hour.
