They are responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing the fulfillment of customer orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role coordinates with internal teams to drive client success and meet business objectives.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nServes as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication\nBuilds strong, long-lasting relationships to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction\nMonitors the execution of customer orders; ensuring they are completed on time and applicable quality and contractual requirements are fulfilled\nProvides ongoing support, monitors account performance, and reports on performance metrics\nProvides feedback to internal teams to improve products, services, and customer experience\nUnderstands client goals and objectives and work with them to develop long-term strategies that drive success\nCommunicates effectively, both in writing and verbally, with customers and internal teams\nAdapts and modifies as circumstances warrant\nDemonstrates safe work habits\nBuilds and maintains positive rapport, communication and behavior with other Altek employees, customers and/or suppliers\nEmbraces Altek's Quality Policy to ensure quality to internal and external customers\nEmbraces Altek's vision, core values, and expected behaviors\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n5+ years of experience in customer service (preferred)\nCommitted to delivering excellent customer service\nExcellent negotiation and communication skills\nProficient computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, ERP systems, etc.)\nStrong problem-solving, adaptability, and prioritization abilities\nDetail-oriented with a
