  • entwickelst und programmierst Steuerungslösungen mit TwinCAT 3 (IEC 61131-3, Structured Text, FBD)
  • verantwortest die Inbetriebnahme und Optimierung von Beckhoff-basierten Automatisierungssystemen (CX/CXE, EtherCAT)
  • übernimmst die Schnittstellenintegration zu Maschinen, Robotik und übergeordneten Systemen (OPC UA, Modbus TCP)
  • führst die Fehleranalyse und Störungsbehebung mithilfe von TwinCAT-Tools (z. B. Scope, Trace) durch
  • wirkst an der Entwicklung digitaler Zwillinge für virtuelle Inbetriebnahmen und Echtzeit-Simulationen (z. B. mit TwinCAT Simulation) mit
  • erstellst die technische Dokumentation, Testprotokolle und Betriebsanleitungen
  • arbeitest mit Elektrokonstruktion, Mechanik und Kunden in allen Projektphasen zusammen

DU

  • hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-Niveau), insbesondere für technische Dokumentation und den Kundenkontakt
  • verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung in der PLC-Programmierung, idealerweise mit Beckhoff-Systemen
  • besitzt Kenntnisse in TwinCAT 3, IEC 61131-3 und Echtzeitkommunikation (EtherCAT)
  • weißt Programmierkenntnisse in C# (für TwinCAT HMI/ADS) oder Python auf
  • hast Erfahrung mit Industrieprotokollen (OPC UA, PROFINET, MQTT) und Sicherheitsnormen (PL d/SIL 2)
  • zeichnest dich durch Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung oder Anwendung digitaler Zwillinge (z. B. TwinCAT Simulation, MATLAB/Simulink) aus
  • bist reisebereit für Inbetriebnahmen (ggf. international)
