Vous contribuerez à des projets innovants visant à optimiser l’ergonomie, la sécurité et l’efficacité des systèmes embarqués, en tenant compte des besoins des pilotes, des contraintes opérationnelles, des exigences réglementaires et de l’architecture système.\nRattaché(e) à la Direction des Systèmes Aéronautiques, vous interviendrez sur des missions liées à la conception, l’évaluation et l’amélioration continue des fonctions cockpit. Votre rôle sera central dans la maturité des fonctions pour soutenir le développement des avions commerciaux.\nMissions principales\nCapturer les besoins des pilotes et affiner les propositions de conception\n Évaluer les aspects opérationnels et humains (facteurs humains) via des simulateurs pour recueillir les retours des équipages de vol\nRédiger des documents techniques : FRD (Functional Requirements Documents) - Spécifications fonctionnelles\n FDD (Functional Description Documents) - Descriptions fonctionnelles pour les concepteurs système\n\n Contribuer aux analyses de sécurité (ex : Functional Hazard Assessment)\n Participer aux activités de Vérification et Validation (V&V)\n Développer de nouveaux concepts d’opérations soutenus par des améliorations cockpit (ex : opérations à pilote unique)\n Améliorer les fonctions de sécurité (ex : alertes, filets de sécurité, protections)\n Optimiser les fonctions pour apporter des bénéfices opérationnels (ex : économie de carburant)\n Assurer l’amélioration continue des fonctions soutenant les opérations actuelles (ex : guidage d’approche ILS, GLS, SLS…)\n Formation : Diplôme d’ingénieur ou équivalent en aéronautique, systèmes, ou ingénierie des opérations\nExpérience :Expérience confirmée dans le secteur aéronautique, idéalement sur des projets liés aux systèmes cockpit, ergonomie ou sécurité des vols\nConnaissance des normes et réglementations aéronautiques (un atout)\n\nCompétences techniques\nMaîtrise des méthodologies d’analyse fonctionnelle et de sécurité (ex : Functional Hazard Assessment)\nConnaissance des systèmes avioniques et des architectures cockpit\nExpérience en rédaction de spécifications techniques (FRD, FDD)\nFamiliarité avec les outils de simulation pour l’évaluation des facteurs humains\nConnaissance des processus de Vérification et Validation (V&V)\nAnglais : Courant (obligatoire pour les échanges techniques et la
