· Rédaction et mise à jour des fiches d’instruction (FI) pour les ateliers de précâblage et d’assemblage, en conformité avec les plans 3D et les spécifications techniques.

· Calcul des temps-méthodes (takt time) pour optimiser les processus de production.

· Analyse des plans et données fournisseurs pour anticiper les besoins en outillages, matériels et postes de travail.

· Adaptation des documents suite aux évolutions de configuration électrique ou de conception.

· Rédaction et mise à jour des fiches d’instruction (FI) pour les ateliers de précâblage et d’assemblage, en conformité avec les plans 3D et les spécifications techniques.

· Calcul des temps-méthodes (takt time) pour optimiser les processus de production.

· Identification des points bloquants et proposition de solutions correctives (process, outillages, documentation).

· Vérification de la conformité des documents méthodes avec les standards CAF et clients.

· Contribution à la traçabilité des modifications et à l’amélioration de la qualité documentaire.
