user products. • Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management or customers applications.\nSize specification and validation work.\nCarry out functional design\nWrite Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications, User guides and present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders\n.\nInterface with relevant divisions and departments to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.\nContribute to innovation and product evolution\nOverview validation\nValidate the product to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity, and give sign off\nEnsure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.\nProvide inputs for the test strategy and defect investigation in Production in order to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity.\nManage relations with key stakeholders\nInterface and communicate with Product Management, Project management and Development teams.\nInterface with the internal or external customer(s) during requirements understanding, functional specification, and implementation phases.\nPropose relevant actions & process for easy adoption of the solutions.\nManage Project (gradual ramp up, depends on experience)\nFollow up project risks, and report proactively to Management/Stakeholders.\nProvide visibility on the project advancement to the full chain of stakeholders.\nCarry the strategic vision for our solution.\nFor a typical project, our daily work convers mainly those parts of product lifecycle:\nLiaise with Product Management to help building the Statement of Requirement, and sign it off\nLiaise with Customers (internal / external) when they are involved (in the early phases and/or at implementation time)\nProvide level 4 support and maintenance on delivered functionalities\nDesign the product or feature and write its specifications\nCoordinate the project phases with our stakeholders (development, QA, etc.), and provide visibility on its progress\nReview and sign off QA test plan\nBe part of release sign-off and risk assessment\nQualifications\nYour Profile\nQualifications & Experience:\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.\nBackground in software development is a
