- kümmerst dich um die tägliche Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktion
- gewährleistet die Qualitätssicherung gemäß luftfahrtspezifischer Normen
- fungierst als Schnittstelle zu Planung, Logistik, Qualität und Engineering
- analysiert und optimierst Prozesse mit Hilfe von Lean, 5S, KVP, Shopfloor Management-Methoden

- hast Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld bzw. auf dem Shopfloor - ein Studium ist dafür nicht zwingend erforderlich.
- verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe und analysierst Beschädigungen systematisch und lösungsorientiert
- bringst Erfahrung mit Methoden der Fehlerursachenanalyse wie 3C, 5Why und 8D
- arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung direkt im Shopfloor-Umfeld
