Cunoaşte modul de programare şi funcÅ£ionare a utilajelor cu comandă numerică, strungurilor, echipamentelor, sculelor, dispozitivelor şi verificatoarelor utilizate; Interpretează şi citeşte dimensiunile cotate într-un desen de ansamblu sau de execuÅ£ie; Urmăreşte permanent aplicarea parametrilor de calitate impuşi prin procedurile specifice sau prin instrucÅ£iunile tehnologice; Definește sculele /port-sculele, datele se iau din catalog, măsurare automată și măsurare manuală; Se asigură că măsurarea se face corect și datele introduse nu sunt eronate; Asigură programarea echipametelor cu comandă numerică; Asigură reglarea iniÅ£ială a maşinii unelte cu comandă numerică pentru reperele nou implementate; Cunoaște și introduce corect datele necesare programării în vederea executării reperelor; Realizează simularea prelucrării și rulează programul în vederea detecției erorilor; Asistă la execuția primei piese și se asigură de precizia prelucrării prin măsurarea cotelor acesteia; Întocmește documente de evidenţă şi de raportare a activităţii; Asigură analiza documentației, interpretarea desenelor / specificațiilor; Identifică şi participă la diverse forme de pregătire profesională (cursuri, seminarii etc.) pentru dobândirea de noi cunoştinÅ£e în funcÅ£ie de necesităţile de instruire identificate.Cerințe\nStudii superioare în Domeniul Tehnic; Instruiri / Școlarizări necesare: Cursuri programare CNC; Desen tehnic; Cunoștințe operare CAM ( MasterCAM, IGF, etc. ); Cunoștințe operare CAD ( SolidWorks, Catia, AutoCAD, etc. ); Standarde naÅ£ionale şi internaÅ£ionale în domeniu;
