- bewertest eigenständig nationale und internationale exportkontrollrechtliche Fragestellungen im Defence-Umfeld
- steuerst BAFA-Genehmigungen sowie Lizenzierungsprozesse und stellst deren rechtskonforme Umsetzung sicher
- unterstützt internationale Exporte und Transfers militärischer Güter innerhalb der EU sowie in Drittländer
- prüfst und wendest Global Licences, General Licences und Individual Licences praxisorientiert an
- führst End-User- und Consignee-Prüfungen durch und berücksichtigst Re-Export-Beschränkungen sowie End User Certificates (EUC)
- entwickelst Internal Compliance Programmes (ICP) weiter, führst Audits durch und integrierst Exportkontrollanforderungen in Einkauf, Logistik und Supply Chain Prozesse

- verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsrecht, Rechtswissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaft, International Business, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- bringst Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export Control, Trade Compliance oder Exportkontrolle mit und hast mit deutschen Exportkontrollvorschriften gearbeitet
- hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Aerospace- und Defence-Industrie oder einem vergleichbaren militärischen Umfeld gesammelt
- verfügst über nachweisbare BAFA-Erfahrung inklusive Genehmigungs- und Lizenzmanagement sowie im Umgang mit militärischen Gütern
- kennst internationale Transfer-, Export- und Lieferkettenprozesse und hast Erfahrung mit ICPs, Audits und internen Kontrollsystemen
- kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Englisch; Deutsch ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
