  • kümmerst dich um die tägliche Steuerung und Überwachung der Produktion
  • gewährleistet die Qualitätssicherung gemäß luftfahrtspezifischer Normen
  • fungierst als Schnittstelle zu Planung, Logistik, Qualität und Engineering
  • analysiert und optimierst von Prozessen mit Hilfe von Lean, 5S, KVP, Shopfloor Management-Methoden

DU…

  • hast Erfahrung im Produktionsumfeld bzw. auf dem Shopfloor - ein Studium ist dafür nicht zwingend erforderlich.
  • verfügst über ein gutes Verständnis für Produktionsabläufe und analysierst Beschädigungen systematisch und lösungsorientiert
  • bringst Erfahrung mit Methoden der Fehlerursachenanalyse wie 3C, 5Why und 8D
  • arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und übernimmst Verantwortung direkt im Shopfloor-Umfeld
