The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, manufacturing operations, process improvement, or related functions. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, track performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support strategic initiatives within a manufacturing environment.\nLocation: Kinston, NC (On-site)\nExperience Required: 3-5 Years\nKey Responsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.\nSupport manufacturing and operations teams through data analysis and reporting.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.\nIdentify process inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupport project planning, execution, and tracking activities.\nCreate business process documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.\nFacilitate meetings with stakeholders and communicate findings effectively.\nAssist in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts related to operational performance.\nCollaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to support business objectives.\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of test environments and test data for machine migration activities.\nIdentify training needs related to new processes, systems, and machine migrations.\nSupport the development and delivery of training materials, including train-the-trainer activities.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.\n3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related analytical role.\nPrior experience supporting manufacturing operations.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with data visualization and reporting tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAerospace or aviation industry experience.\nExperience with ERP systems such as SAP.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies.\nExperience working in cross-functional project teams.\nExperience supporting system, process, or machine migration initiatives.\nKey Competencies\nData Analysis\nBusiness Process Improvement\nRequirements Gathering\nKPI Development & Reporting\nStakeholder Communication\nProject Coordination\nManufacturing Operations Support\nTest Environment & Test Data Support\nTraining Needs Identification and Train-the-Trainer Support\nIdeal Candidate Profile\nA business analyst with strong analytical capabilities and hands-on manufacturing experience, comfortable working with operational data and cross-functional stakeholders.
