We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nAs a TPM (Data Center) you will be responsible for;\nPartner directly with Engineering leaders to track and drive execution of critical initiatives across multiple engineering teams and TPMs\nCoordinate action items and program milestones from leadership meetings, ensuring accountability and timely delivery.\nSupport teams in collecting and validating progress reports, metrics, and updates ahead of senior reviews to enable high-quality, streamlined discussions.\nCreate and maintain program timelines, execution status to communicate progress and dependencies.\nFacilitate collaboration across hardware, software, and infrastructure teams to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.\nDrive clarity and execution in ambiguous and complex environments by bringing structure, prioritization, and strong follow-through.\nQualifications;\nStrong background (10+ years) in Technical Program Management or Engineering Program Leadership.\nDemonstrated familiarity with Software (SW) and Data Center Hardware (DC HW) technologies.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-team coordination skills.\nProficiency in project planning tools and tracking progress against complex timelines.\nWorking knowledge of software development processes, Agile / SCRUM methodologies, and release cycles.\nFamiliarity with data center operations, compute, networking, and storage infrastructure at scale.\nProven ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while providing structure and driving program execution.\nSalary Range: $160K-$350K\nThe actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience \nNote: This position is remote.
