We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nAs a Lead Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for;\nLeading the design, development, testing, and support of advanced RF-based electronic systems for medical imaging applications.\nDesigning and analyzing analog and RF circuitry, including high-frequency electronics and signal transmission systems.\nUtilizing simulation, modeling, and CAD tools to develop and optimize electrical designs.\nPerforming system integration activities to ensure compatibility and performance across complex electromechanical systems.\nConducting validation, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action investigations for field and production issues.\nCollaborating with mechanical, systems, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory teams throughout the product lifecycle.\nSupporting compliance with applicable safety, performance, and regulatory standards.\nLeading technical reviews, driving engineering decisions, and mentoring junior engineers.\nIdentifying opportunities for innovation, product enhancement, and continuous improvement.\nManaging multiple engineering initiatives while ensuring quality, schedule, and technical objectives are achieved.\nQualifications;\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, RF design, medical devices, medical imaging, or other highly regulated industries.\nStrong knowledge of analog and RF circuit design principles.\nExperience with electrical design, simulation, and modeling tools.\nUnderstanding of electromagnetic theory, transmission lines, antennas, amplifiers, oscillators, and related RF technologies.\nExperience with printed circuit board design, testing, validation, and troubleshooting.\nKnowledge of engineering product development processes and design verification practices.\nAbility to perform root cause analysis and drive effective corrective actions.\nStrong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.\nExperience within medical devices, healthcare technology, or regulated product development environments preferred.\nKnowledge of IEC standards, reliability engineering, Lean methodologies, or continuous improvement practices preferred.\nLocation: Onsite in Aurora, OH\nSalary Range: $80,000 0 $120,000\nThe actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience \nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.\nPlease beware of job seeker scams and see this important notice on our careers page for more information about our recruiting process.\nCompliance Notice: Alten USA is a federal contractor subject to the requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Executive Order 11246.
