Manufacturing Engineer

As Manufacturing Engineer - Production Support you will be responsible for;
- Support production cells and help optimize manufacturing and repair processes
- Analyze production data and drive improvements in safety, quality, and delivery
- Develop and maintain work instructions and technical documentation
- Lead or support RCCA, process improvements, and industrialization efforts
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and improve flow
- Support new product introduction and capital expenditure projects
Qualifications;
- 1-3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience (aerospace or regulated industry preferred)
- Exposure to production environments and process improvement
- Experience with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Plus if fluent in Spanish
- Plus if background in chemical processes and/or non-destructive testing (NDT)
Salary Range: $70K - $90K
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
