We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nPosition Overview\nThe Hagerstown EATS team is looking for an experienced engineer to contribute to the development and advancement of engine aftertreatment hardware systems. This position offers the opportunity to work in a technically demanding, fast-moving environment while collaborating with engineering teams, suppliers, and other functional organizations.\nThe position will report to the Group Manager responsible for Aftertreatment Engineering.\nKey Responsibilities\nContribute to the design, development, validation, and production launch of engine aftertreatment hardware in partnership with suppliers and engineering organizations worldwide.\nDevelop test plans and conduct EATS system testing, verification, and validation using test rigs, engine test cells, and vehicles.\nPartner with cross-functional teams, including Engine Engineering, Aftertreatment Engineering, On-Board Diagnostics Software, and Calibration teams, both locally and internationally.\nExecute engineering test procedures accurately and efficiently while evaluating test results to verify data quality and system performance.\nPrepare and communicate technical findings through clear written documentation and presentations.\nInvestigate customer and field issues related to aftertreatment systems and develop effective engineering solutions.\nDevelop, release, and implement calibration updates for production and aftermarket applications.\nTravel domestically and internationally as needed to support engineering activities, testing, suppliers, or other business requirements.\nCandidate Profile\nThis role requires an engineer who is comfortable working across a range of technical activities and contributing effectively within a collaborative engineering organization.
