Engineering, or related discipline. \nMinimum 4+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing engineering, or similar manufacturing environments, with hands-on experience working with torque tools. \nThis position is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through the implementation, validation, sustaining, and troubleshooting of production processes and equipment, with a strong focus on torque tools and vision systems. \nThe Process Engineer will work hands-on within the manufacturing environment to ensure torque requirements are consistently achieved, support the implementation and ongoing performance of torque tooling, and troubleshoot process or equipment issues impacting production. \nThe role will also support vision systems used within manufacturing processes, requiring a practical understanding of how these systems operate and how environmental conditions, particularly changes in lighting, can affect their performance and reliability. \nThe ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with strong technical foundations, a high level of curiosity, and a genuine willingness to learn and teach others. \nThis individual should be comfortable investigating problems with limited guidance, learning new processes and technologies, and sharing that knowledge across the team. \nKey Responsibilities :\nTorque Tools & Process Control \nSupport the implementation and sustaining of torque tools within manufacturing operations. \nMeasure and validate torque to ensure defined process requirements are consistently achieved. \nTroubleshoot torque tooling and process issues impacting production. \nInvestigate process deviations and identify potential root causes. \nSupport ongoing process reliability and production readiness. \nVision Systems \nSupport and troubleshoot vision systems used within manufacturing processes. \nUnderstand how lighting and other environmental conditions can impact vision system performance. \nInvestigate inconsistent vision results and identify factors affecting system reliability. \nSupport adjustments and improvements required to maintain stable vision processes. \nEquipment Implementation & Production Readiness \nSupport the implementation of new machines, tools, and manufacturing equipment. \nIdentify and troubleshoot issues during equipment implementation and production ramp-up. \nInvestigate equipment failures, including machines stopping mid-process or not operating as intended. \nWork through technical issues to help bring equipment to production-ready status. \nProvide ongoing sustaining support once equipment is operational. \nTroubleshooting & Continuous Improvement \nTroubleshoot manufacturing process and equipment issues directly on the production floor. \nAnalyze problems and independently investigate potential causes and solutions. \nSupport root cause identification and corrective actions. \nIdentify opportunities to improve process reliability and manufacturing performance. \nApply Lean Manufacturing principles where appropriate. \nTraining & Collaboration \nWork closely with manufacturing, operations, maintenance, and engineering teams. \nCommunicate effectively in a fast-paced production environment. \nLearn new processes, equipment, and technologies as manufacturing needs evolve. \nShare technical knowledge and lessons learned with Have: \nHands-on experience working with torque tools in a manufacturing environment. \nPractical understanding of torque processes, including measuring or validating torque against defined requirements. \nExperience supporting, sustaining, or troubleshooting torque tooling and related manufacturing processes. \nWorking knowledge of manufacturing vision systems and how they operate. \nUnderstanding of how lighting and environmental conditions affect vision system performance and reliability. \nHands-on manufacturing or process engineering experience. \nExperience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and/or production process issues. \nStrong problem-solving skills and ability to investigate technical issues with limited guidance. \nStrong willingness and ability to learn new processes and technologies. \nStrong communication and collaboration skills. \nGood to Have: \nProcess Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering background. \nExperience within automotive, engine manufacturing, assembly, or similar production environments. \nExperience supporting the implementation or launch of new manufacturing equipment. \nExperience with equipment ramp-up and production readiness activities. \nLean Manufacturing experience. \nContinuous improvement experience. \nRoot cause analysis experience. \nExperience training or transferring technical knowledge to operators,
