This individual will be responsible for driving program execution from planning through deployment, ensuring alignment across technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program or project management, experience supporting manufacturing or digital transformation initiatives, and a proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, timelines, and technical dependencies.\nResponsibilities\nLead the migration of shopfloor applications, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.\nDevelop and manage program plans, project roadmaps, milestones, and deliverables.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, manufacturing, vendors, and business stakeholders.\nManage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies throughout the program lifecycle.\nDrive stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on project status, progress, and key decisions.\nOversee migration planning, cutover activities, system testing, validation, and deployment efforts.\nSupport change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new systems and processes.\nEnsure alignment between business objectives, operational requirements, and technical solutions.\nMonitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project objectives.\nFacilitate meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions with key stakeholders.\nSupport data migration, application modernization, and system integration activities.\nPromote collaboration across teams while maintaining focus on program goals and delivery commitments.\nOperate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment supporting digital transformation initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.\nMinimum of 8 years of program or project management experience.\nExperience managing large-scale IT, manufacturing, or digital transformation projects.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.\nProven ability to manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.\nExperience coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors.\nAbility to work effectively in a dynamic manufacturing environment.\nExperience with application migration, modernization, or enterprise system implementations.\nFamiliarity with SAP, MES, shopfloor systems, or manufacturing technology environments preferred.\nExperience with data migration, testing strategies, deployment planning, and change management activities preferred.\nAerospace or manufacturing industry experience preferred.\nPMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferred.\nIdeal Candidate:\nThe successful candidate is a proactive and results-driven Program Manager who can effectively lead complex technology and manufacturing initiatives while building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. They possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, thrive in cross-functional environments, and have experience delivering digital transformation projects within manufacturing operations.
