We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nWorkplace: On-Site, 5 days per week\nLocation: Foster City, CA\nSalary: $120-130k\nSupport the planning, governance, coordination, and reporting of SAP BRIM transformation programs, working with project managers, BRIM leads, business stakeholders, and implementation partners.\nResponsibilities \n\nManage project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and action items.\n\nMaintain RAID logs and track risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\n\nPrepare weekly/monthly status reports, dashboards, and steering committee presentations.\n\nCoordinate project meetings, workshops, governance forums, and follow-ups.\n\nTrack project scope, schedule, resources, budget, and vendor activities.\n\nCoordinate across BRIM workstreams such as CC, CM, CI, SOM, and FI-CA.\n\nSupport testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare planning.\n\nMaintain project documentation and governance standards.\n\nFacilitate communication between business, IT, vendors, and system integrators.\nRequired Qualifications \n\n5+ years of PMO/project management experience, preferably in SAP programs.\n\nUnderstanding of SAP BRIM and Order-to-Cash processes.\n\nStrong skills in project tracking, RAID management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.\n\nExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.\n\nExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or Smartsheet.\n\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nPreferred Qualifications \n\nSAP BRIM/S4HANA implementation experience.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification.\n\nExperience managing global teams and SI/vendor relationships.\nSalary Range\n\n$120,000 - 130,000\n\nThe actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience \nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.\nPlease beware of job seeker scams and see this important notice on our careers page for more information about our recruiting process.\nCompliance Notice: Alten USA is a federal contractor subject to the requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Executive Order 11246.
