We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nNote: Due to federal contract requirements, this position is limited to U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (green card holders).\nPosition Responsibilities\nApply advanced engineering and systems knowledge to support the development of complex automotive systems across multiple technical domains.\nLead the definition, analysis, documentation, and validation of system level and software requirements, ensuring technical accuracy, feasibility, and alignment with overall vehicle architecture and business objectives.\nManage requirements development activities across multiple automotive domains, including coordinating requirement decomposition and alignment across subsystems.\nEnsure all requirements are clear, complete, testable, traceable, and compliant with internal engineering standards and project goals.\nCollaborate closely with system engineering, software engineering, hardware engineering, and validation teams throughout the full product development lifecycle.\nPerform requirement impact analysis and support change management processes to assess and control the technical implications of evolving system requirements.\nEstablish and maintain end to end traceability between stakeholder needs, system requirements, software requirements, and verification artifacts.\nDrive best practices in requirements engineering by providing technical guidance and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.\nInterface with internal stakeholders to clarify technical expectations, identify gaps or inconsistencies, and support engineering decision making.\nTravel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required. The purpose of travel and/or relocation would be to work with clients on projects. The frequency of travel and/or relocation will be determined by the needs of clients.\nApply knowledge of the following: Electrified Powertrain System Engineering, DFMEA.\nEducation and Experience \nBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field\nMinimum of four (4) years of experience. One (1) year experience must have included: Electrified Powertrain System Engineering, DFMEA.\nTravel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. required.
