We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nWe are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager, who will manage Recruiters, be a Business Partner for our Account Managers while providing recruitment support.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as a business partner to account managers throughout the recruiting process, reporting to the US Recruitment Director while keeping the VP informed\nMentor, guide and coach other recruiters, and assure system compliance for all recruiters\nProactively builds solid and long-term candidate relationships and networks for current and future talent needs, by interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, CB, Handshake, and Jobvite.)\nCrafting and sending recruiting emails.\nExecute sourcing searches (cold calling, networking, identifying applicant associations/pools/professional groups and affiliations, websites, Boolean searches, targeted companies/individuals etc.), managing candidate experience through the sourcing process.\nProvide talent market insights, competitive intelligence and talent demographics as appropriate to enable US Recruitment Director and Account Managers to be best informed on market conditions.\nDevelop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pools/ pipelines of high-quality candidates\nScreen candidates to determine availability, interest level, business unit needs, and qualifications\nEstablish and maintain accurate and well documented pipelines of searches, recruiting activity, contact data, etc.\nEnsures compliance with all policies\nAssist with special projects as needed\nAbility to navigate databases\nRequirements:\nBachelor's Degree Required\nMin 5 years recruiting experience, preferably minimum 1 year of engineering recruiting experience \nManagement experience is required\nExperience in reporting and KPI tracking is highly preferred\nApplicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse) knowledge & interest in becoming the Super User for systems\nMicrosoft Office knowledge\nVery good interpersonal and communication skills to use in a multicultural context\nAutonomous and rigorous person with high technical interest\nAble to manage his/her own priorities while also being a team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests\nSalary: $120,000 base with competitive bonus and commission\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.\nPlease beware of job seeker scams and see this important notice on our careers page for more information about our recruiting process.\nCompliance Notice: Alten USA is a federal contractor subject to the requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Executive Order 11246.
