We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nAs a Technical Program Manager - Industrial Engineering (Factory Design) you will be responsible for;\nLeading factory design programs from concept development through engineering reviews, construction readiness, implementation, and operational handoff.\nDeveloping and maintaining integrated project schedules, milestones, resource plans, and deliverables to ensure alignment with business and operational objectives.\nCoordinating with Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Facilities, Construction, Operations, and EHS teams to define project scope, requirements, priorities, and execution plans.\nManaging the full change request lifecycle through systems such as MaintainX, Quickbase, or similar platforms, including initiation, approvals, execution tracking, and closure.\nDriving factory layout governance activities, including equipment placement reviews, space allocation planning, design approvals, and revision management.\nIdentifying and proactively managing design changes, execution risks, infrastructure constraints, and schedule dependencies.\nFacilitating cross-functional decision-making and ensuring stakeholder alignment to maintain project timelines and commitments.\nMaintaining project dashboards, milestone trackers, action logs, decision registers, and status reports to provide program visibility.\nCoordinating engineering deliverables with construction schedules, equipment installations, commissioning activities, and operational readiness plans.\nSupporting continuous improvement of project management, design review, approval, and documentation processes.\nQualifications;\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.\n5+ years of technical project or program management experience within manufacturing, industrial engineering, factory design, construction, or related environments.\nStrong understanding of factory layouts, equipment integration, material flow, infrastructure planning, and manufacturing operations.\nExperience managing cross-functional projects involving engineering, construction, facilities, and operational stakeholders.\nHands-on experience with MaintainX, Quickbase, or similar change management and workflow tracking systems.\nProficiency in project scheduling, milestone management, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.\nExperience managing change requests, action items, decision logs, and project governance processes.\nWorking knowledge of AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Bluebeam.\nDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve project risks, conflicts, dependencies, and schedule challenges.\nStrong communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience supporting construction coordination, equipment installations, and operational readiness activities.\nPMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.\nSalary Range: $140K-$185K\nThe actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment and will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, age, genetic information, or pregnancy.\nPlease beware of job seeker scams and see this important notice on our careers page for more information about our recruiting process.\nCompliance Notice: Alten USA is a federal contractor subject to the requirements of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Executive Order 11246.
