We take pride in fostering a culture where employees feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.\nAs a Principal Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for;\nProvides guidance, mentorship, and leadership to Electrical Engineers\nOversees technical aspects of electrical designs for feasibility, viability, and function including facilitating concept, design, and test readiness reviews\nManages technical execution of a program or programs, emphasis on electrical oversight\nEvaluates uncertainty and risks associated with requirements and designs\nGenerates robust designs considering ESD, EMI, and challenging thermal environments\nGuides programs by providing formal peer review on other electrical engineer’s work\nSupports manufacturing, quality, and testing of designs from concept to delivery\nSupports and leads the testing and validation of an electrical component or subsystem\nPerforms analysis of designs to ensure safe operation in meeting designated requirements\nAssists in establishing company engineering standards, training, and guidelines\nProvides technical support to customers\nSupports proposal/presentation preparation and business development activities\nMentors and supports more junior engineers\nAssists in managing personnel, participating in candidate assessments, and conducting routine performance reviews\nQualifications;\nB.S. or M.S.
