We support our clients - leaders in the industry - in their development strategies across the automotive, railway, IT, R&D, and Telecom & Media sectors.\nJoining ALTEN Morocco means benefiting from:\nDiverse career paths with opportunities for internal, sectoral, geographic, and functional mobility.\nCertified and diploma-granting training programs.\nRegular events designed to foster both well-being and high performance.\n We are seeking a skilled Test and Validation Engineer to join our team, focusing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing for embedded systems within the automotive sector.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and compliance of automotive electronic control units (ECUs) and systems through rigorous validation and testing on HIL benches:\nDesign and develop test cases to validate automotive ECUs and subsystems on HIL platforms.\nExecute validation campaigns to ensure compliance with system requirements and specifications.\nTroubleshoot and resolve issues with HIL benches, ensuring smooth testing operations.\nRegularly update simulation models and test scenarios to reflect evolving system requirements.\nDevelop automated test scripts using tools like Python, CAPL, or MATLAB to streamline validation processes.\nIntegrate test cases into Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for efficient testing workflows.\nAnalyze test results to identify issues in software or hardware performance.\nProvide detailed test reports, including test coverage, defect trends, and validation status.\nValidate communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet) and system interactions.\nEnsure that all testing activities comply with automotive standards such as ISO 26262, ASPICE, and relevant OEM guidelines.\nMaster’s degree (BAC+5) from an engineering school or university specializing in embedded systems, or justifying an equivalent significant experience.\nExperience:\nSuccessful experience in test and validation on HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) benches.
