Act as first-line escalation point and performance manager, fostering team development and collaboration.\nTeam Leadership & Supervision\nSupervise 6-8 billing specialists with daily work allocation and prioritization\nMonitor individual and team productivity, quality, and cycle time metrics\nProvide real-time coaching and guidance on complex invoices or process questions\nFoster collaborative team culture with knowledge sharing and peer support\nPerformance Management\nSet individual performance goals aligned with BMT objectives\nDeliver mid-year and annual performance reviews with development feedback\nQuality Review & Escalation Handling\nConduct first-line quality review on sampled invoices before delivery\nCross check high-value invoices or complex pricing scenarios\nHandle escalations from billing officers on technical or policy questions\nOperational Planning & Coordination\nManage team workload distribution balancing volume, complexity, and skill levels\nAdjust staffing for quarter-end peaks, absences, and training needs\nCoordinate with other Team Leads on cross-LoB support during surges\nSupport wave go-lives with stabilization oversight and issue triage\nTraining & Development\nOnboard new team members with hands-on job shadowing and mentoring\nIdentify skill gaps and coordinate training interventions\nShare best practices and lessons learned within team\nSupport Training Specialist with scenario development and case studies\nYour profile:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field\n7-10 years billing or finance operations experience\n2-3 years supervisory or team lead experience (managing 5+ people)\nDeep technical knowledge of billing processes, pricing models, and SAP\nStrong people management and coaching skills\nKey competencies:\nTeam leadership and motivation\nOperational planning and prioritization\nPerformance coaching and feedback delivery\nConflict resolution and
