Invest yourself in the alternative, and join an organization where you progress on merit, where you can speak openly with whoever you are speaking to, and where you will be supported along whichever path you choose to take.\nFind out more about life at Alter Domus at careers.alterdomus.com\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAnalysis & Organisational Design\nConduct comprehensive current-state analysis of organisational structures, operating models, roles, and accountabilities across business units.\n\nSupport the design of a target operating model that aligns with strategic objectives, optimises spans and layers, and enables scalable growth.\n\nDevelop detailed process maps, value stream analyses, and capability assessments to identify improvement opportunities.\n\nAnalyse interdependencies between people, process, technology, and governance elements of the operating model.\n\nContribute to the definition of future-state roles, RACI matrices, and organisational blueprints.\n\nStakeholder Engagement & Requirements Gathering\nFacilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders across functions to gather requirements, pain points, and aspirations.\n\nBuild strong working relationships with business leaders, operational teams, technology partners, and project management office (PMO).\n\nTranslate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and user stories for technology and process workstreams.\n\nSupport change impact assessments and stakeholder mapping to inform change management strategies.\n\nTechnology-Enabled Transformation\nPartner with IT, product, and architecture teams to understand technology solutions and their implications for the operating model.\n\nDefine functional requirements and business logic for tech-enabled tools, workflows, and automation opportunities.\n\nSupport the evaluation and selection of technology platforms and vendors where required.\n\nEnsure alignment between business processes and system capabilities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.\n\nProgramme Support & Delivery\nSupport programme workstreams by maintaining documentation, tracking dependencies, and coordinating deliverables.\n\nDevelop business cases, options papers, and decision packs for senior leadership and steering committees.\n\nMonitor progress against milestones, identify risks and issues, and contribute to remediation plans.\n\nAssist with data analysis, reporting, and insights to inform programme governance and decision-making.\n\nParticipate in testing, user acceptance, and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.\n\nChange Management & Communication\nSupport the design and delivery of change activities, including communications, training materials, and readiness assessments.\n\nHelp identify change resistance and contribute to strategies that build engagement and adoption.\n\nDocument standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and knowledge assets to enable smooth transition to new ways of working.\n\nYOUR PROFILE:\nExperience\n3-5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or management consulting, ideally within financial services, asset management, or professional services.\n\nDemonstrated involvement in organisational redesign, operating model transformation, or business process reengineering initiatives.\n\nExperience working on technology-enabled change programmes, including requirements gathering, process design, and user acceptance testing.\n\nFamiliarity with agile delivery methodologies and cross-functional programme environments.\n\nExposure to fund administration, investor services, or asset servicing is highly desirable.\n\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex challenges into structured, actionable components.\n\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, comfortable working with senior leaders and technical teams alike.\n\nProficiency in business analysis techniques including process mapping, gap analysis, data analysis, and business case development.\n\nHigh attention to detail with strong documentation and presentation capabilities (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Miro).\n\nAbility to work autonomously, manage ambiguity, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced transformation environment.\n\nIntellectually curious with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nUnderstanding of target operating models, organisational design principles, and process optimisation frameworks.\n\nFamiliarity with technology concepts such as workflow automation, system integration, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.\n\nExperience using collaboration and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Fenergo, Subscribe).\n\nKnowledge of data governance, reporting, and business intelligence tools advantageous.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field;
