Act as processual liaison between BMT operations and SAP COE, enabling data-driven decision-making and continuous process optimization.\nData Handover Process Design & Optimization\nConduct current-state assessment of LoB billing data flows (interviews, process mapping, gap analysis)\nDesign future-state data handover process with clear steps, roles (RACI), validation gates, and submission deadlines\nDevelop and pilot to validate approach, select optimal solution (or hybrid) based on data quality, LoB effort reduction, scalability, and cost\nDeploy selected solution for Wave 1 (LoB 1) and refine for Waves 2-3 based on lessons learned\nData Quality Management\nDefine 'complete data' checklists by pricing type (fixed-fee, variable, basis points, T&E, complex)\nDesign automated data validation rules (completeness, accuracy, consistency checks)\nMonitor data submissions for anomalies and quality issues\nInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies impacting invoice accuracy\nCoordinate with LoB operations teams on data quality improvements and training needs\nProcess Documentation & Knowledge Management\nDocument end-to-end billing processes (as-is and to-be) \nCreate standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data submission, validation, exception handling\nDevelop data submission calendars, templates, and user guides for LoB teams\nMaintain process documentation repository ensuring version control and accessibility\nSupport AD Academy with data handover training materials and LoB workshops\nReporting & Analytics\nGenerate weekly data quality reports for PMO Lead and monthly summaries for Steering Committee\nPerform ad-hoc analysis supporting business questions \nStakeholder Coordination & Change Management\nPartner with LoB operations teams to co-design data handover workflows respecting their constraints\nConduct LoB workshops training regional teams on new data submission processes\nFacilitate dry-run billing cycle validating end-to-end data flow\nEscalate chronic data quality issues to LoB Leaders and PMO Lead\nYour profile:\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field\n4-6 years experience in business process analysis, operations improvement, or data management (finance/billing domain preferred)\nStrong process mapping and optimization skills (Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt preferred)\nAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, Power Query)\nExperience with data quality frameworks, validation rules, and reconciliation processes\nFamiliarity with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate, or similar RPA platforms) \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail\nExcellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills (ability to work with LoB operations teams)\nSAP FI/AR knowledge helpful \nKey Compentencies:\nProcess mapping and optimization (SIPOC, value stream analysis, workflow design)\nData analysis and validation (quality frameworks, error taxonomies, reconciliation)\nBusiness analysis (requirements gathering, solution design, feasibility
