Specifically, you will:\nOversee all operational aspects of the accounts;\nBe responsible for the financial monitoring of the client portfolio;\nBe accountable for the production of client reporting and the checking of Fund NAV reports. This includes reviewing and overseeing the work done by members of the team;\nBe accountable for the coordination and validation of all work delivered by the team;\nAssist in the design and implementation of systems and process to meet changing client needs;\nLead on internal fund projects and work closely with the fund administration and IT systems teams to provide fund servicing;\nWork closely with key stakeholders in the Luxembourg to provide regular updates on the status of reports and projects and team performance KPI.\nBe part of an international team\nYOUR PROFILE:\nYou have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar with a solid high level proficiency in accounting and a strong desire to grow and learn further about fund industry;\n7+ years of years of relevant professional experience;\nExperience with reviewing accounting entries for various entities structures (cash, investments, intercompany, credit facility, accruals, valuations, management fees, NAV calculations)\nUnderstanding of multiple vehicle structures including parallel, co-investor, blocker, feeder and holding company structures would be advantageous;\nYou will be experienced in managing a team in a client-facing Accounting/Administration role better with experience in fund industry;\nYou possess the ability to learn new accounting systems quickly and can multitask, working on multiple client and/or fund deadlines\nYou are an advanced Excel user, able to use complex formulas and pivot tables;\nYou have excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.\nYou have coaching skills\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.\nOur industry-leading Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every stage of your career, with resources tailored to your ambitions and resources from LinkedIn Learning.\nOur global benefits also include:\nSupport for professional accreditations such as ACCA and study leave \nFlexible arrangements, generous holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday!\nContinuous mentoring along your career progression \nActive sports, events and social committees across our offices \n24/7 support available from our Employee Assistance Program \nThe opportunity to invest in our growth and success through our Employee Share Plan \nPlus additional local benefits depending on your location \nMonthly base salary for this position is from 3,670 EUR to 5,400 EUR gross.
