Specifically, you will:\nYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES\nDevelop and support the team by providing a framework for adherence to procedures and policies, ensuring that Senior Officers and Officers receive adequate training and constructive support;\nExperience guiding and developing a team, conducting regular 1:1s to engage with team members, and fostering a positive work environment;\nBuild and maintain internal and external relationships while organizing and leading training sessions to enhance team knowledge and capabilities.\nMentor and review the work done by members of the team;\nEnsure the completion of e of the day-to-day operations of the funds by following up with third parties, including investors and fund managers; \nOversee the preparation of the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value calculation and year-end financial statements, management of the audit, and reviewing other fund related reports; \nBe responsible for the preparation/review of drawdown and distribution calculation and notices, equalization calculations;\nTake an active part in the initial setup of any new funds and liaising with independent tax specialists, lawyers, and notaries as part of the set-up process; \nOversee the preparation and collation of Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence files; \nCoordinate and arrange investor servicing, including investor on-boarding, capital calls, distributions as well as issuance of shareholder statements; \nOrganize and participate in board meetings and shareholders' meetings; \nReview tax returns and tax balances and maintain relevant contacts with the tax authorities; \nProactively take on additional responsibilities and administration tasks as required by your managers or clients;\nYOUR PROFILE\nStrong academic background;\nWorking towards your professional accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA);\nKnowledge and experience in fund administration is an advantage;\nHigh level of IT literacywith strong Excel and Word skills;\nWhat will help you succeed in this role:\nGood communication skills, organized and flexibility; \nYou possess team spirit and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team;\nHighly organized and motivated to grow and deliver quality results; \nAbility to manage competing deadlines and prioritize effectively;\nStrong work ethic, responsiveness, and commitment to client service and quality;\nWHAT WE OFFER\nWe are committed to supporting your development, advancing your career, and providing benefits that matter to you.\nOur industry-leading Alter Domus Academy offers six learning zones for every stage of your career, with resources tailored to your ambitions and resources from LinkedIn Learning.\nOur global benefits also include:\nSupport for professional accreditations such as ACCA and study leave \nFlexible arrangements, generous holidays, plus an additional day off for your birthday!\nContinuous mentoring along your career progression \nActive sports, events and social committees across our offices \n24/7 support available from our Employee Assistance Program \nThe opportunity to invest in our growth and success through our Employee Share Plan \nPlus additional local benefits depending on your location \nMonthly base salary for this position is from 3500 EUR to 4083 EUR gross.
