The role will also require the coordination and supervision of delegated asset managers and investment advisors.\nYOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:\nReview Investment Recommendations and ancillary due diligence materials prepared by investment advisors;\nPrepare critical investment appraisal presentations;\nPrepare Due Diligence reports on delegated portfolio managers and investment advisors;\nPerform AML/KYI tasks on investments;\nSupport senior members in the coordination and supervision of the investment process with investment advisors;\nPrepare investment portfolio performance review as part of ongoing portfolio monitoring;\nReview and assist in the implementation of valuation models used for the valuation of underlying assets; review and run sensitivities on financial models;\nAssist in reporting duties to senior management, auditors, compliance, and others\nTake ownership of the steps required for investment execution;\nSupport in any relevant ad-hoc projects undertaken within the Department\nOversee Portfolio Management delegates, through the review of investor reports and review of KPIs;\nYOUR PROFILE:\nYou have a positive, can-do attitude, and you are ready to take on any challenges on your way to get the job done;\nYou have a strong academic background - ideally (not compulsory) MSc/CFA/CAIA;\nYou have at least 2-3 years of experience, ideally in Big4, and AIFM, or Portfolio Management - Private Equity, Real Estate and/or Infrastructure sector experience desired.\nYou have a basic understanding of financial modelling and technical skills -
