The centralization program aims for enterprise-wide billing standardization and centralisation currently sitting withing the business. The role will play a key part in managing this transition and post stabilization.\nDuring Coordinate program; execution across all waves ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with risk mitigation. Track milestones, manage dependencies, facilitate stage-gate reviews, and provide transparent reporting to executive stakeholders.\nProgram Planning & Tracking (35%)\nManage external PMO support \nMaintain integrated program plan tracking all wave activities, milestones, and dependencies\nMonitor progress against baseline timeline (22 months, 3 waves)\nUpdate weekly status reports \nCoordinate cross-wave dependencies (e.g., Wave 2 hiring during Wave 1 stabilization)\nManage program budget tracking actual spend vs. approved investment \nRisk & Issue Management (25%)\nMaintain RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)\nFacilitate weekly risk review sessions with BMT Head and key stakeholders\nEscalate critical risks to CFO and Steering Committee\nTrack mitigation action completion and effectiveness\nMonitor constraint metrics (SLA, NPS, escalations) for automated triggers\nStage-Gate Facilitation (20%)\nPrepare stage-gate review materials (business case refresh, benefits realization, lessons learned)\nCoordinate Stage-Gate 1 (Month 6 post-Wave 1), Stage-Gate 2 (Month 6 post-Wave 2), Stage-Gate 3 (program close)\nFacilitate GO/NO-GO decision-making with evidence-based recommendations\nDocument decisions and action items from governance forums\nStakeholder Communication (15%)\nCoordinate monthly Steering Committee meetings (CFO, LoB Leaders, BMT Head)\nPrepare executive dashboards and presentations for CEO/Board updates\nInterface with LoB and Transformation Office on alignment\nMaintain stakeholder communication calendar and distribution lists\nLessons Learned & Knowledge Transfer (5%)\n- Capture lessons learned after each wave (what worked, what didn't, why)\n- Document best practices for future transformation initiatives\n- Support knowledge transfer to BAU team as program closes\nPost-Stabilization: Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement initiatives, performance benchmarking, and automation opportunities. KPI trends (cycle time, error rates, cost per invoice, utilization)\nConduct monthly variance analysis vs. targets and prior periods\nBenchmark BMT performance against industry standards \nPrepare quarterly business reviews with insights and recommendations\nContinuous Improvement Projects (40%)\nLead 2-3 improvement projects annually targeting efficiency gains or error reduction\nApply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies (process mapping, value stream analysis, DMAIC)\nCoordinate automation pilots (RPA for fixed-fee invoices, workflow tools)\nEvaluate billing software enhancements and business cases\nTrack project benefits realization and ROI\n\nInnovation & Best Practice & Governance (30%)\nResearch emerging technologies and industry trends in billing operations\nOrganize quarterly innovation workshops with BMT team\nDevelop business cases for automation, AI, or process redesign investments\nMaintain network with industry peers for knowledge exchange\nSupport internal audits with process documentation and controls evidence\nMaintain process documentation reflecting current state\n\nYour profile:\nBachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Operations, or related field\nOverall 10+ years of experience and 4-6 years in project management, business analysis, or operations excellence experience\nPMP, Agile, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred\nStrong organizational and coordination skills\nAnalytical mindset with change management awareness\nKey competencies:\nProject planning and tracking (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)\nStakeholder communication
