The role involves deep expertisein virtualization platforms, Linux systems administration, and enterprise infrastructure operations.\nYour Role:\nDesign, deploy, administer, and optimize enterprise virtualization environments based on VMware technologies.\nManage and maintain VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS clusters, and virtual networking.\nPerform infrastructure capacity planning, performance tuning, and lifecycle management.\nLead hypervisor upgrades, migrations, patching, and disaster recovery activities.\nEnsure high availability, resilience, and business continuity across infrastructure platforms.\nAdminister and support Microsoft Windows Server environments.\nDesign, implement, and maintain Windows Failover Clustering solutions.\nAdminister and support enterprise Linux environments\nTroubleshoot advanced OS, kernel, storage, networking, and performance issues.\nImplement security hardening, patch management, and compliance standards.\nMaintain and improve system automation and operational tooling.\nServe as Level 3 escalation support for critical infrastructure incidents.\nConduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nResolve complex issues across virtualization, Linux, Windows, clustering, storage, replication, and networking domains.\nCreate and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.\nImprove infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and observability capabilities.\nWork closely with infrastructure, network, security, cloud, and application teams.\nProvide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.\nParticipate in architecture reviews and infrastructure strategy discussions.\nEnsure compliance with IT security policies, standards, and operational procedures.\nYour Profile:\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.\n7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure engineering.\nProven experience supporting production-critical environments.\nStrong experience in Virtualization platform (vmWare)\nSolid Knowledge in other Virtualization platforms.\nExperience in multi-site, hybrid, or highly available infrastructures.\nHands-on experience with Dell PowerFlex and Zerto environments.\nStrong experience with Windows Failover Clustering\nStrong experience in Linux administration\nPrevious Level 3 support experience in enterprise IT operations.\nSolid knowledge with cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS\nScripting and Automation knowledge using PowerShell / Shell\nGood understanding of networking concepts\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills\nExperience supporting Disaster Recovery and data protection strategies\nAbility to work in a global,
