In this role, you will engage with key stakeholders and leverage your technical expertise to enhance end user experience, particularly across our Microsoft 365 and messaging infrastructure.\nThis position requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication to ensure seamless operations and support for our global user base. This position is based in our Manila office and offers a blend of remote and onsite work.\nKey Responsibilities\nMicrosoft 365 AdministrationManage and support the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Intune, and Microsoft Defender XDR.\n\nEntra ID and Conditional AccessDesign, implement, and maintain Conditional Access policies to enforce security baselines and protect corporate data. Manage hybrid identity synchronisation, MFA strategies, and risk-based access controls. Administer Identity Protection policies and Single Sign-On configurations.\n\nEmail Security and Messaging Oversee email security and messaging within Exchange Online, managing threat protection, DLP, and email encryption. Administer Exchange Online mail flow, transport rules, hybrid connectors, and accepted domains. Troubleshoot complex messaging issues using message tracing and header analysis.\n\nDevice Management Manage device compliance, Windows Autopilot, Windows Autopatch, security baselines, configuration profiles, update rings, and app deployment via Intune.\n\n Security and Compliance Implement and maintain security protocols and best practices (CIS benchmarks) to protect sensitive data. Manage user access controls, enforce DLP policies, and deploy threat protection measures across the Defender XDR ecosystem (Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Office, Cloud Apps).\n\n Resource ManagementAdminister Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO). Ensure timely application of patches and adherence to security protocols.\n\nGlobal IT SupportCollaborate with a global IT team to support users across different regions, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.\n\nDocumentationDevelop and maintain comprehensive documentation supporting end user operations, including troubleshooting guides, step-by-step instructions, and best practices.\n\n Virtual Application Delivery (nice to have) Manage, configure, and optimise Citrix XenApp and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments. Oversee application publishing, session reliability, and user experience. Integrate with Microsoft 365 and security infrastructure.\n\nTechnical Competencies\nAdvanced expertise in Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online mail flow, hybrid configurations, transport rules, and connectors\nDeep knowledge of Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, MFA, and Single Sign-On\nHands-on experience with Exchange Online email security features, including threat
