Reporting to the Direct Business TA Lead, you will manage end-to-end recruitment across assigned business lines, acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and business leaders to deliver a high-quality, consistent recruitment experience.\nYour Responsibilities\nServe as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for North America, building effective relationships with hiring managers and senior leaders.\nManage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles, including hiring plans, and process governance.\nDesign and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates, building pipelines for critical and recurring roles.\nMaintain consistent communication routines with hiring managers to deliver a candidate and Hiring Manager centred recruitment experience.\nAdvise business leaders on talent attraction strategies and effective use of available recruitment resources.\nMaintain accurate candidate records, recruitment data and reporting metrics within the applicant tracking system.\nEnsure all open positions are posted to internal and external channels accurately and in a timely manner.\nDraft and edit job descriptions to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance with approved standards.\nPartner with HR colleagues to support the smooth onboarding of new hires.\nContribute to team projects and key recruitment initiatives as directed. \nYour Profile\nSignificant experience in a senior in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally within professional or financial services.\nDemonstrated ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions simultaneously.\nSound knowledge of sourcing tools, candidate assessment methods and selection best practice.\nClear, professional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.\nSound commercial judgement with the ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and confidentiality.\nEffective organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across concurrent workstreams.\nExperience using SuccessFactors or a comparable ATS.\nFamiliarity with US employment law as it relates to recruitment practices.\nThe salary range for this position is USD 50,000 - 90,000 gross per annum. The actual salary offered will reflect the successful candidate's qualifications, experience and location, and will fall within this range.
