You will work closely with engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI solutions from concept to production.\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and optimize AI-powered applications, data pipelines, and scalable cloud-based data platforms.\nBuild and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions to solve complex business and engineering challenges.\nDevelop algorithms, predictive models, and analytical frameworks that transform structured and unstructured data into actionable insights.\nCreate and maintain RAG systems, vector databases, AI agents, and intelligent search solutions to enhance knowledge discovery and automation.\nConduct large-scale experimentation, model evaluation, and performance benchmarking to improve AI solution effectiveness and reliability.\nExplore, acquire, process, and integrate data from diverse sources while ensuring data quality, integrity, and governance.\nAnalyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities, implementing corrective actions where necessary.\nDevelop dashboards, visualizations, reports, and data-driven applications that effectively communicate insights to technical and business audiences.\nCollaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to ensure AI models and analytics solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready.\nBuild and maintain AI/ML training, inference, and deployment pipelines using modern MLOps and cloud-native practices.\nEstablish and promote best practices for data engineering, machine learning, experimentation, coding standards, and model governance.\nSupport troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization of AI and analytics platforms using commercial and custom-built tools.\nEvaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and data technologies to drive innovation and improve platform capabilities.\nContribute to research, prototyping, and development efforts related to AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics initiatives\nOur compensation is designed to reflect the Canadian labour market. The actual salary offered may vary based on several factors, including the position’s location, as well as the candidate’s experience, skills, training, and job-specific knowledge. In addition to base salary, we offer performance-based incentive opportunities that reward both individual contributions and overall company success.\nEstimated Salary Range: $110K - $120K CAD\nWe use artificial intelligence to screen, assess, or select applicants for the position. deep learning, Generative AI, and large language models (LLMs).\nFamiliarity with AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nKnowledge of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and distributed data processing.\nExperience with MLOps, model deployment,
