This role focuses on building Generative AI solutions, agentic AI systems, secure AI infrastructure, and enterprise-grade AI platforms while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and responsible use of AI technologies.\nThe ideal candidate combines expertise in AI engineering, software development, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity to deliver scalable, secure, and production-ready AI solutions.\nJob Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy Generative AI, LLM, RAG, and agentic AI solutions to solve complex business and engineering challenges.\nBuild and maintain AI platforms, model serving infrastructure, evaluation frameworks, and AI application services in cloud and hybrid environments.\nDevelop intelligent copilots, AI agents, orchestration frameworks, and automation solutions using state-of-the-art AI technologies.\nImplement AI security best practices, including model protection, prompt injection defenses, data protection, access controls, secrets management, and secure AI deployment patterns.\nEstablish AI governance processes covering responsible AI, model evaluation, monitoring, auditability, compliance, and risk management.\nCollaborate with product, engineering, data science, and security teams to translate business requirements into scalable and secure AI solutions.\nDesign and implement observability, monitoring, and guardrail frameworks for AI systems to ensure reliability, performance, and trustworthiness.\nPerform threat modeling, security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and remediation activities across AI applications and cloud infrastructure.\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices for AI workloads and cloud services.\nEvaluate emerging AI technologies, foundation models, security tools, and frameworks to drive innovation and improve platform capabilities.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise security standards, privacy regulations, and industry best practices.\nDrive the adoption of secure software engineering principles throughout the AI development lifecycle.\nThe pay range below is for Bay Area California only. Software Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years' Experience building Generative AI, LLM, RAG, Agentic AI, or machine learning applications in production environments.\nStrong programming skills in Python and modern software development frameworks.\nExperience with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar technologies.\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nExperience with containers, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud-native architectures.\nKnowledge of AI security, application security, cloud security, Zero Trust principles, IAM, vulnerability management, and DevSecOps practices.\nExperience with model evaluation, AI observability, governance, and responsible AI frameworks.\nStrong problem-solving,
