This role partners closely with Business Management, Sales Operations, Finance, IT, Product Marketing and Distribution Partners to ensure accurate pricing execution, compliant business processes, and efficient operations that support revenue growth and customer success.\nThe analyst validates commercial transactions against pricing strategies, agreements and financial controls, while also driving process improvements, reporting automation, system enhancements, and data-driven decision making.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Pricing & Commercial Operations\nManage and process Distributor Price Authorizations (DPA), Phantom Inventory programs, transfer pricing and other commercial pricing programs.\nReview and verify pricing and quoting requests against customer/distributor agreements, pricing policies, margin plans and business strategies.\nApprove pricing within delegated authority and support annual contract renewals, price changes, product transitions and end-of-life activities.\nEnsure pricing and commercial data is accurately maintained in enterprise systems to enable smooth order processing and revenue recognition.\n2. Business Support & Stakeholder Management\nServe as a primary point of contact for pricing, quoting and operational inquiries.\nPartner with Business Managers, Sales, Customer Operations, Finance, Channel and Distribution Partners to resolve issues in a timely manner.\nProvide guidance and training on pricing processes, operational procedures and business tools.\nSupport escalations and drive timely resolution of business-critical issues while maintaining strong cross-functional relationships.\n3. Compliance, Governance & Master Data\nEnsure adherence to company policies, financial controls, audit requirements and governance standards.\nMaintain documentation, process traceability and perform periodic audits and data validation.\nSupport internal and external audits and help identify and mitigate operational and compliance risks.\nSupport customer, pricing, distributor and commercial master data management; maintain data quality, accuracy and integrity across systems.\n4. Business Analytics & Reporting\nDevelop, maintain and automate operational reports, dashboards and KPIs.\nAnalyse pricing trends and revenue-impacting activities and operational performance.\nPerform root cause analysis and provide recommendations to improve business and margin outcomes.\nSupport executive reviews, forecasting and management reporting with clear, actionable insights.\n5. Systems, Tools & Automation\nAct as a business representative for key operational systems and tools (e.g., Salesforce, Model N, Oracle, Power BI, Data Brick).\nDefine business requirements, support UAT and validate system enhancements with IT and system owners.\nDrive automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and data accuracy.\nTroubleshoot system and process issues and coordinate resolution with relevant stakeholders.\n6. Projects & Cross-Functional Initiatives\nLead or contribute to cross-functional projects related to pricing programs, business process changes, system implementations, integrations and strategic initiatives.\nCoordinate stakeholders, timelines, risks and deliverables; support change management and user adoption activities.\nDesired Competencies\nStrong analytical, critical-thinking and independently and collaboratively across regions and functions.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems or related field.\n6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, Pricing, Commercial Operations, Customer Operations, Finance or related fields.\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.\nExperience with business systems such as Salesforce, Oracle, Model N or equivalent CRM/ERP platforms.\nExperience with reporting/data visualization tools such as Power BI or Data brick.\nStrong analytical and data management skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.\nProven ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.\nSemiconductor or
